SHIPPING / RETURNS

If you have any questions or concerns about orders, please email flex@hoodmats.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please include your order number in the subject line. 

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Orders may take up to 7 days after payment processing to ship. It may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your order after you place it.

Orders are being packed with the utmost care for sanitation and cleanliness from a fulfillment center in either North Carolina or California. 

How can I check on the progress of my order delivery?

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEX, DHL and UPS with tracking included so you can follow the status of your deliveries and ensure they arrive safely. This info is emailed from our fulfillment center as soon as your order is shipped.

Please note that once the package leaves the facility we are unable to intercept its delivery, please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is correct and up to date. We do not assume responsibility for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Can I return or exchange an item I ordered?

No refunds or returns. We list sizing charts with most items, but if you have a question or are unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to contact us.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Yoga Mats

Always roll mat with top of mat side facing out. Rolling in opposite direction can damage mat surface. 

Wipe top of mat with a microfiber cloth after use. If using a solution, apply it to the cloth first; do not apply it directly to the mat. We recommend using a 1:20 solution of oil-free soap or vinegar & warm water. Mat is not machine washable. 

To protect the top of the mat, try to avoid having lotions or rings on hands or feet before practice. Avoid cubbies or storage areas with sharp edges that can leave a lasting mark. 

Printed Tees

Wash inside out, cold water, and hang to dry. Do not iron. Although our prints can withstand machine washing and drying, following the method above will ensure your prints will remain looking new for much longer.
